Pool Opening May 1 ...........

Pool Rules

1.      Pool hours are from sunset to sundown.
 
2.      No children under the age of 16 are permitted in the pool area without a parent or guardian present.  Children are to be controlled so as to prevent accident or disturbances to others.
 
3.     Pool is for private use. Residents and guests only.
        Maximum of (4) guests per unit.  Residents must be present with guests.
 
4.     NO GLASS containers of any type are allowed in the pool area.
 
5.     No pets allowed in the pool or on the deck.
 
6.     No running, pushing, wrestling, dunking, diving, horseplay or jumping in the pool.
 
7.     Proper bathing attire is required.
 
8.     DO NOT LITTER.  Trash cans have been provided for your use.
 
9.      Please keep radio volumes low so that others are not disturbed.  ONLY BATTERY OPERATED RADIOS ARE ALLOWED.  No power cords or drop cords are allowed for safety reasons.
 
10.    The gate to the pool area is locked.  Please remember to bring your key.

11.    If you are the last person leaving the pool at the end of the day, you need to ensure both gates are locked.
 
12.    Help keep the restrooms clean.
 
13.    Life buoys are not floats or toys and are for EMERGENCY use only.

14.    No person under the influence of alcohol or drugs should use the pool.

15.    No person with skin, eye, ear or nasal infections allowed in the pool.

16.    All persons using pool do so at their own risk. Owners and management are not responsible for accidents or injuries.

17.    Management reserves the right to deny use of the pool to anyone at any time.

18.   If you open one of the umbrellas while at the pool, you are responsible for closing and securing it prior to leaving.
